Finally, when I put my finger in Connor's mouth, I can feel a tooth on the bottom. It is about time!! Now he can chew up his steak a little better. He still has some catching up to do though. Keira now has 2 teeth on the bottom and a head full of hair. He figures he is walking, so he has one up on her.

Party Time!!

This year we decided to combine Max and Megan's birthdays into one big party. They both wanted to have it at the same place, so we decided to do it between both of their birthdays. We packed everyone up and went to the RecPlex in Kenosha. They have an indoor pool with slides and the kids have a blast. All of us were battling some sort of respiratory cold thingy too, but we all survived and had a good time.

And no, it wasn't the warm weather or the sun.
A big birthday package arrived from Grandma Pam and Papa George for both the older kids. It was like Christmas all over again. Max and Megan both say Thank you very much for all the clothes.

Who wouldn't want to sign up?

Who wouldn't want to sign up for one of the wonderful programs the Zion Park District has to offer. (Especially with this handsome boy on the cover) These were mailed out to everyone in Zion for the upcoming spring events. Max currently attends the pre-school program and loves it.

Happy Birthday Max!!!

Max celebrated the big 5 today. He was feeling a bit under the weather, but he still enjoyed opening his presents and helping me make cupcakes for his class. I will post some pics later. He loves the transformers that Aunt Katie and fam sent, he spent quality time using his new Buzz Lightyear nerf gun shooting them down. Finally here are some pics of him opening his gifts.

Snow Snow Snow

Will the snow ever stop???? That is a question that has been thrown around this house the past couple of days. Megan has had two snow days in the past week and that is just unheard of here. They usually go in any weather. Max also had a snow day today and my work let out early. You would think it was the end of the earth here. This has to be global warming. Oh and I know Kate got some snow this past week too, but I think this would bury her girls and then some. We got 14 inches of snow just today, adding to what we already had. Here are some pics for those that actually might miss this weather :)

Musical Band

Well with today being a snow day and all, Max and the twins decided to pull some pots and pans out to make some beautiful music, and they used my wooden spoons for drum sticks. Megan was hiding out in the basement playing on the computer with her Webkinz or playing the Wii.

Look who has a case of the standies... finally

Keira in the past couple of weeks has finally decided that she wants to stand up. Now all she needs to do is take a few steps and catch up to her brother, who is practically jogging.
